As the founder and Managing Director of Fresh Marketing, Sarah has built an agency that’s like a full service marketing department - helping businesses tell their stories in a way that truly connects. She’s all about bold ideas, clever campaigns, and making marketing fun.

When she’s not brainstorming the next big thing, you’ll find her sipping matcha lattes at her favourite café, exploring new brunch spots, or out on the water. She believes that if you can dream it, you can do it!

Matt has been with Fresh Marketing since year one, turning big ideas into smart, seamless web experiences. As a Senior Developer, he’s the team’s go-to problem solver—no challenge is too tricky, too complex, or too broken for him to fix.

Cool, calm, and constantly online, Matt thrives on simplifying the complicated. Whether he’s building high-performing websites or troubleshooting technical roadblocks, he firmly believes that with enough thinking (and the right code), anything is possible. As Voltaire put it, "No problem can withstand the assault of sustained thinking."

When he’s not cracking code, he’s on a mission to find the world’s best dumplings—because, in his book, everything can be fixed with good food.

Jade is the creative force behind Fresh Marketing, bringing brands to life with bold designs and fresh ideas. As Creative Director, she blends strategy with artistry, making sure every visual tells a story. With an eye for detail and a love for design, she turns concepts into scroll-stopping graphics.
Fueled by Pink V, she’s always ready to tackle the next big project. When she’s not creating, you’ll find her enjoying a drink with friends or racing around the track go-karting with her family.

Dani has a knack for crafting killer captions, jumping on trends, and creating content that gets people talking, making sure every post leaves an impact. Always focused on fresh, engaging content, she brings brands to life with scroll-stopping creativity. When she’s not crafting content, you’ll find her trying new coffee drinks, running around a football field (channelling her inner Sam Kerr), or soaking up the sun at the beach.

Maiya is a graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, creating thoughtful and engaging visuals across digital and brand campaigns. With a strong focus on illustration and detail, she bring ideas to life in a way that’s both creative and effective.

Outside of work, she enjoys camping, reading, and knitting—always finding new ways to stay inspired.

Ben thrives on turning data into action. As Business Analyst and Project Manager, he’s passionate about transforming insights into strategic plans that drive results.

Always on the move, Ben excels in collaboration, loves a good committee, and is constantly thinking two steps ahead to improve processes. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Australia (and beyond), and cherishing quality time with friends.
